It’s been a while since we could rejoice at any new Mary Millington material being released on DVD, but today her 1976 sex comedy Keep It Up Downstairs is finally out to buy! Released by the wonderful Network Distribution, the film boasts a brand-new transfer from original film elements and is presented in its ‘as-exhibited’ theatrical 4:3 aspect ratio.
One of the best-looking sex comedies of the era, Keep It Up Downstairs originally opened at the ABC cinema on London’s Edgware Road on 29th July 1976, but was last commercially available to buy on VHS in 1990.
This luxurious new release includes the original theatrical trailer (unseen for 37 years!) plus an image gallery and a PDF of the 1976 pressbook.
