Still Keeping it Up!

Network Distribution – the ever-conscientious British DVD company which specialises in releasing forgotten gems from the television and film vaults – have recently secured a deal with the Canal Plus archive, which sees them acquiring the rights to nearly 450 movies. In an unusual move, one of the first titles to get the restoration treatment is Mary’s 1976 film Keep it Up Downstairs.

The saucy Edwardian romp, also starring Francoise Pascal, Sue Longhurst and Diana Dors, was last released to the home video market in 1990, and has been unseen by TV audiences for over a decade.

Keep It Up Downstairs will be making its long-awaited debut on DVD on 27 May 2013.
